Furniture Specification

PHASE ONE

After review with the client One Maple will present options for each area based on
requirements.
Workstation, private office, and all ancillary furniture to be selected during this phase.

Field Verification

PHASE TWO

One Maple team will visit the site to ensure dimensions provided are accurate and furniture
selections will fit, code required clearances are met, and power/data locations are accurate.
One Maple will also provide dimensions as required for power locations and field verify that
they are accurately placed.

Project Timeline

PHASE THREE

Upon completion of order One Maple will provide a schedule that adheres to the construction
schedule. Our team will attend construction meetings in person or calls as needed through
the duration of construction. Meetings are limited to 8 site visits.

Receiving Coordination

PHASE FOUR

One Maple will coordinate with the installation team to ensure all product is received and
delivered at the appropriate time to the jobsite in accordance with the various vendors and
construction schedule. One Maple will also work to ensure that the contractor and subs are
clear on when they can connect furniture whips, pull data, etc.

Installation Coordination

PHASE FIVE

One Maple will have a site supervisor on site each day of the install to ensure that items are
placed accurately, any damage is reported daily, and any necessary coordination items occur
in a timely manner

Furniture Punch and Completion

PHASE SIX

Upon completion of install a punch will be completed to ensure that any damage is reported
and the quality of the product meets the expectations of the client. Upon completion as-built
drawings will be updated as required, and training can be completed as needed for staff to
ensure product functions are clear and easy to use.
